Our goal is to be one step ahead of the rest, which is why all of our cattle are registered with the Red Angus Association of America, which helps us track tons of genetic information to continue to do just that.

Red Angus Beef
Red Angus Beef is highly desired beef with the meat being of excellent quality due to the intramuscular marbling.
Our beef is processed and dry-aged in small amounts, at our local, USDA certified locker. All cuts are individually vacuum sealed, except ground beef that is tubed in one-or two-pound packages. We offer many different size bundles, individual cuts, and bulk beef options to provide something for everyone.
